Bobarista Position

Hours Required:

 

We are seeking part-time Bubble Tea Bobaristas for 8 to 20 hours per week. Shifts are 4 to 5 hours long, and candidates are required to commit to a minimum of 1 shift per week. Applicants must be willing to work weekends. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

As a Penny Cha Bobarista, you'll play a vital role in crafting top-quality bubble tea and providing excellent service. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Fresh Fruit Preparation: Wash, cut, and cook fresh fruits that will be used in our fresh fruit teas

• Bubble Tea Magic: Preparing and serving our fresh bubble tea with expertise and a smile.

• Store Ambiance: Keeping our store clean and inviting throughout the day, with hand washing dishes duties.

• Versatility: Depending on your shift, you may assist with morning prep or handle closing responsibilities in the evening.

 

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience or certifications are required, though a strong preference will be given to those applicants will prior food service experience or ServSafe certification.

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Minimum 18 years old.

Pay: We offer $15.69 per hour as initial pay. We offer raises based on longevity with Penny's Team and opportunities for upward career growth.
